Rear motor grinding/rubbing sound

My rear wheel/motor started making a grinding/rubbing sound after looking at it there was no obvious reason for the sound. The online forums suggested to replace the motor so I did, once installed the new motor done exactly the same for approximately 10km then stopped, two weeks later I got a flat tyre and after fixing it the noise stated again then stopped after a couple of km only to start again. Confused 🤔
