A 12 months Limited warranty covers all products on this website.

Refer to the user manual for the complete Warranty on a particular make
and model.

WHAT IS COVERED?

All manufacturing faults or defects

Your item may be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) if you
are the first purchaser/user of the product and it has any of the following
manufacturing or design faults under regular use:

· Motor faults

· Boards or Computer Control faults

· Battery faults

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

If you have an issue with your purchased product that is not
manufacturing fault, not

· When the warranty period has expired

· Failing to maintain or perform scheduled servicing

· When the Warranty or serial label is altered or removed

· When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered,
or modified by someone other than the manufacturer or authorised repair centre

· Wear-and-tear Damage of vulnerable components such as wheels, tyres,
lights. consumables or battery lifespan

· Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to)
dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion, or incorrect
storage

· Attempts to 'flash' or reset a product's software/firmware or change
from factory settings.

· Damage caused by Water ingestion. Most of our item has some level of
proofing against dust and wet conditions, but they are NOT water-proof.

·Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load

·Limited Warranty of 3 months for commercial use.

Do I have to return the product to Bike Scooter City?

Bike Scooter City has authorised service centres located around
Australia. In some cases, these service centers can deal with warranty issues.

call 1300 883 773 to find a local service centre.

You, the Customer, will bear the costs of returning the goods. If
we deem the issue upon investigation to be a manufacturing fault, we will
repair, refund, or replace the faulty goods. Any transportation of the
replacement product will be arranged at the Customer's expense. If we receive a
returned product under a warranty claim and deem the claim to have no basis,
the cost of returning the product to the Customer will be at the Customer's
expense.

We will replace or repair any Product deem DOA without a delivery
charge to the Customer. However, you must notify DOA within 3 business days of
receiving the product.

If my product is replaced entirely, does the warranty period reset?

The Warranty period does not resets if the Customer's product is
entirely replaced by Bike Scooter City. The Warranty will expire 12 months from
the original product's purchase date and remain unaffected by any product
replacement within that 12 months.

I've had parts replaced under Warranty. Does their own 12-month Warranty
cover these parts?

Any replacement parts
fitted to a product are covered for the remaining duration of the original
12-month product Warranty and do not have their own warranty period.

Stem keeps becoming loose??

Is there a specific way to get the stem to stay tight on my Hurricane at all? Iv had to tighten it up 6 times now??? And it’s still basically brand new

He absolutely loves it.

Scooter came really quick, was exceptionally packaged. Goes so well, looks very well manufactured. It was easy to assemble.
In really couldn't be happier.

Thing is an absolute beast, 6'4 and 100kgs and it FN hammers along, looks sick, solid construction. Ive had multiple scooters and this thing craps all over them. wouldnt recommend as a first timer ride hehe. Car drivers dont like when you take off faster than them lol

Great scooter, very very powerful scooter. Not for beginners. Love the front dual forks, makes it more stable to steer than single stem. Only bad comment I could make is the latch for handle bars when you fold down, the latch is an after thought that could have been left off as the handle bars have nothing to latch to when lifting scooter which means handle bar slides around loose. A bracket could be made to fix that issue. Also a larger screen like the lightning v2 would have been better than the small screen like the raptor!. Hard to see and read. I guess there will be upgrades later.Rather heavy scooter to lift at 51kg, small price to pay to have all them horses underneath you though. Great value for money and comfortable to ride with large step. Very nice scooter!. Ashley.

I wouldn't know. I got to ride it once before my son took it for his own. He is pretty fussy about scooters and he still took it home. It must be excellent.

Finally

I tried several times to fit the other brand 10 x 3 road tyre, sold here on my Dragon Predator breaking the beading on 2 out of 3 tyres ( so bloody hard to fit ). Bought the TVOUTs to try and what a bloody relief, couple of trigger clamps 1 x tyre iron and loads silicon spay and shazam on in 10 minutes. So happy!!
