A 12 months Limited warranty covers all products on this website.

Refer to the user manual for the complete Warranty on a particular make
and model.

WHAT IS COVERED?

All manufacturing faults or defects

Your item may be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) if you
are the first purchaser/user of the product and it has any of the following
manufacturing or design faults under regular use:

· Motor faults

· Boards or Computer Control faults

· Battery faults

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

If you have an issue with your purchased product that is not
manufacturing fault, not

· When the warranty period has expired

· Failing to maintain or perform scheduled servicing

· When the Warranty or serial label is altered or removed

· When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered,
or modified by someone other than the manufacturer or authorised repair centre

· Wear-and-tear Damage of vulnerable components such as wheels, tyres,
lights. consumables or battery lifespan

· Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to)
dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion, or incorrect
storage

· Attempts to 'flash' or reset a product's software/firmware or change
from factory settings.

· Damage caused by Water ingestion. Most of our item has some level of
proofing against dust and wet conditions, but they are NOT water-proof.

·Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load

·Limited Warranty of 3 months for commercial use.

Do I have to return the product to Bike Scooter City?

Bike Scooter City has authorised service centres located around
Australia. In some cases, these service centers can deal with warranty issues.

call 1300 883 773 to find a local service centre.

You, the Customer, will bear the costs of returning the goods. If
we deem the issue upon investigation to be a manufacturing fault, we will
repair, refund, or replace the faulty goods. Any transportation of the
replacement product will be arranged at the Customer's expense. If we receive a
returned product under a warranty claim and deem the claim to have no basis,
the cost of returning the product to the Customer will be at the Customer's
expense.

We will replace or repair any Product deem DOA without a delivery
charge to the Customer. However, you must notify DOA within 3 business days of
receiving the product.

If my product is replaced entirely, does the warranty period reset?

The Warranty period does not resets if the Customer's product is
entirely replaced by Bike Scooter City. The Warranty will expire 12 months from
the original product's purchase date and remain unaffected by any product
replacement within that 12 months.

I've had parts replaced under Warranty. Does their own 12-month Warranty
cover these parts?

Any replacement parts fitted to a product are covered for the remaining
duration of the original 12-month product Warranty and do not have their own
warranty period.

Cyclone pro - highly recommended

The cyclone pro - dual motor - All-Terrain Electric scooter is no joke! It's very durable and strong. Apart from the insanely cool looking design its equipped with hydraulic brakes for maximum safety and off - road tires with an insane grip strength. Also having features such as a key powered switch brings security to your e-scooter. I highly recommend this e-scooter since its worth its price and quality!

Awesome machine

The cyclone pro looks amazing. The build is solid and the brakes awesome. Does 60km/ hr. Have bought several dragon scooters and this seems to have the best build quality.

Can't withstand a bit of rain

Got caught out in the rain (10 min shower). Stopped working, sent it it be repaired. Quoted $1200! It's only 4 months old. They said the battery is wet so not covered under warranty. Buyer beware this scooter is not fit for purpose. Can't get wet at all although they rate it as IPx4 it is clearly not. Complete waste of money!

Worst experience

After days of no one answering the phone, m3ssage Banks full and no replies I finally got onto someone through messanger. Message read and ignored. I finally got through to a human who was unprofessional and gave unclear information about the delivery of the scooter. I stressed the service wasn't good enough resulting in one staff member yelling at me and hanging up. I wasn't rude I was expressing my disappoint with the service after spending 2k on a scooter. My elderly father had to drive an hr in the end to collect it as we convinced it would be ever delive4ed.

Fun purchase

The boys really looked after me on a Saturday and I came back the following Monday to purchase the scooter. They showed me a few different models and allowed me to go for a ride to make sure I made the right purchase.

I purchased this scooter 19 days ago and have previously owned one about two years ago past there’s three adjustments that I personally make to make the ride smoother and makes the scooter a little bit more rigid for hard-core off-road trials thrown everything at this scooter I’ve driven it through about a metre of water up and down hill sides all day. I’ve got double batteries one from my scooter. I get about 80 km range out of this one however I am looking for something a little bit more so if dragons scooters would like to sponsor my next scooter I’d be more than happy to do an excellent five star review GTR scooter has been the best scooter I have ever owned by Even against some of the top range scooters, the dragon scooter out performs and outlasts all previous scooters that I owned
