The rear tyre was deflating so I had them replace it. 2 days after I got the scooter back it was deflating again. So approximately 2 months later I put it for a service and explained what was happening and the tech suggested it may be the valve so I said do whatever you need to fix it. Another new tyre and valve replaced. 5 days later the tyre is deflating again and no one responds to my emails. Frustrating as it’s my 13 year old sons scooter and I need it to be roadworthy plus I’m paying them good money to fix

Tyres are awesome

After purchasing new tyres and one lasting not even one week I was not impressed but Dan from Southport store only charged us $40 for the second tyre and didn’t charge us for any labour, Dan is a top bloke and couldn’t recommend him enough he always goes above and beyond for his customers Michael from head office is very kind and understanding aswell
