Products works but not what I expected

The picture on the site of yhe charger I ordered was an original Segway charger however the one I received was an aftermarket non-Segway version. It seems to be working ok but I was willing to pay a bit extra for this one as I thought it was an OEM product, was disappointed that it wasn’t as I could have bought another after market version from other sources cheaper. I’d encourage you to have accurate photos on your site as it could be perceived as misleading and deceptive conduct.
