We bought the blue racer helmet for my son at the beginning of November for his bday on the 9th of December- we had requested to pick it up from the Milton store after ordering it online. It took a month and a half to get our goods after numerous attempts at loosing what we ordered. We were never contacted about any delays in our purchase and we had to continuously chase it up. We were told we had to go to summer park to pick it up. Then they would get it shipped to Milton then to not having any stock at all and to have a pink one. The customer service from your team was absolutely frustrating and somewhat mentally upsetting as my son did not get his helmet for his bday so therefore could not ride his bike until we again had to chase it up and picked it up in the 16th of December. I had emailed the email address given on the website and still no one made contact about it. We are definitely not happy with the customer service level of bike scooter city and will not be purchasing anything again from this company. And most likely this review will get side looked so I wonder what the point is if actually sending me one.
