Delivery and Freight times

Once your order has been processed and payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will generally dispatch your order within two business days after confirmation of your ID checks.

7-12 days Business days for WA, TAS, and NT

How do we ship your order?
Orders that contain lithium batteries are express road freight and cannot be shipped by air. So instead, we used a network of leading freight companies for the fastest transit times, including insurance and order tracking for your peace of mind.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, and customers will be sent a tracking link upon fulfilment of their orders within 48hrs.

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box or parcel locker?
Most orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers or left unattended at the delivery location. Orders must be delivered to a residential address where the customer resides or the workplace where the customer is employed.

Customers will need to provide proof of ID before
the order is handed over if requested by the delivery company.

Warranty

This part is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt, provided it is installed by a qualified professional. An invoice for the installation must be submitted for any warranty claims. There is a 3-day grace period to notify us of any issues. Please note that this warranty is void if the part is subjected to misuse, exposure to water, excessive heat, improper installation, physical damage, tampering, or alteration of the part.
