great scooter, poor service

The speedometer is 5km out-not great. But display is bright and responsive so far.
Customer service was average, especially upon collection. We wanted a full service, but instead was told we could tweak a couple of things ourselves and charged us $90 for replacement display. Looking to upgrade AND buy a second scooter, and whilst scooter is great, we will not go back due to poor customer service.
