A 12 months Limited warranty covers all products on this website.

Refer to the user manual for the complete Warranty on a particular make
and model.

WHAT IS COVERED?

All manufacturing faults or defects

Your item may be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) if you
are the first purchaser/user of the product and it has any of the following
manufacturing or design faults under regular use:

· Motor faults

· Boards or Computer Control faults

· Battery faults

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

If you have an issue with your purchased product that is not
manufacturing fault, not

· When the warranty period has expired

· Failing to maintain or perform scheduled servicing

· When the Warranty or serial label is altered or removed

· When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered,
or modified by someone other than the manufacturer or authorised repair centre

· Wear-and-tear Damage of vulnerable components such as wheels, tyres,
lights. consumables or battery lifespan

· Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to)
dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion, or incorrect
storage

· Attempts to 'flash' or reset a product's software/firmware or change
from factory settings.

· Damage caused by Water ingestion. Most of our item has some level of
proofing against dust and wet conditions, but they are NOT water-proof.

·Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load

·Limited Warranty of 3 months for commercial use.

Do I have to return the product to Bike Scooter City?

Bike Scooter City has authorised service centres located around
Australia. In some cases, these service centers can deal with warranty issues.

call 1300 883 773 to find a local service centre.

You, the Customer, will bear the costs of returning the goods. If
we deem the issue upon investigation to be a manufacturing fault, we will
repair, refund, or replace the faulty goods. Any transportation of the
replacement product will be arranged at the Customer's expense. If we receive a
returned product under a warranty claim and deem the claim to have no basis,
the cost of returning the product to the Customer will be at the Customer's
expense.

We will replace or repair any Product deem DOA without a delivery
charge to the Customer. However, you must notify DOA within 3 business days of
receiving the product.

If my product is replaced entirely, does the warranty period reset?

The Warranty period does not resets if the Customer's product is
entirely replaced by Bike Scooter City. The Warranty will expire 12 months from
the original product's purchase date and remain unaffected by any product
replacement within that 12 months.

I've had parts replaced under Warranty. Does their own 12-month Warranty
cover these parts?

Any replacement parts fitted to a product are covered for the remaining
duration of the original 12-month product Warranty and do not have their own
warranty period.

Cyclone all terrain

Great for single motor, bonus all terrain , smooth ride on streets with good climbing hills capability. Great for entry level off road/dirt riding also!

THIS IS SERIOUSLY A BEAST.

Just got this with my dad today, we weren't 100% sure on what to get, it was either this or the gtr v2, but the salesperson very nicely let us test both of them at the same time, and we fonud the gtr v2 just WAY too powerful. To anyone looking for a fast ride that looks, feels, and sounds cool, THIS IS THE ONE!!! It's a mid-paced scooter, nothing too crazy acceleration wise, but it has a loud horn, anti-theft key, awesome lights, and an insane top speed (for a 60kg person). Would definitely recommend for short commuters looking for a very fast ride! It is very grounded, and it is so fun to ride, only problem is that my speedo is showing mph despite being in "km/h" (Me and my awesome dad measured using me on the scooter and him in the car). I am unsure what the issue is, I might go back to get it looked at since this could be dangerous, but apart from that it is the best scooter I have ever ridden!

Great scooter

Great scooter, perfect for lighter riders around 60kg to 80kg. Top speed isn't quite 55km per hour (for mine anyway) I get about 45-50km per hour on full charge. Does take a bit of time to reach top speed as it is only a single motor. It's a really enjoyable ride if your not looking for anything too powerful 😁

Lukewarm....

Mmm. they are happy to sell you one but try and get service is a complete different story. You will try for a week and when you're lucky you MAY get a bookin! Scooterwise, Cyclone Pro rear brakes failed at 8 months, battery cuts out randomly (when I thought I had 50%). It will go all day in pensioner mode, but if you engage the turbo the battery doesn't last. Never done 60klm in one day I doubt it possible. Fun scooter but closer service agents MAY make a scooter worthwhile.

I absolutely love this scooter guys it is amazing!!! I was just looking on Facebook and your site popped up with the dragon predator, I personally think if the dash board that is on the predator came out on my Hurricane it would be a mint touch 💯👌 just for the simple fact of the display screen on my Hurricane is a little hard to read the speed at times?.?.?.?. But that big wide screen on the Predator would be a heap easier with the bigger area for speed and info display.. but all in all I am well over happy with my purchase guys and I appreciate the care that was put into assembling the scooter before I received it so thankyou to the bike scooter city team for that also….. I’m just wondering if I would be able to purchase one of the display screens that is on the Predator so I can have it fitted to my Hurricane??? That would be an awesome touch for my BEAST OF A MACHINE. Please get back to me on that question as soon as possible?? Because I want to purchase a bigger info/speed display for my Dragon Hurricane….. Thanx again Bike Scooter City for the best e Scooter I have ever seen/ridden it’s absolutely amazing to ride…. 💯👌🤙🏽
