Returns and Refunds Policy

For Brand New unused items

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A technician will inspect the product before a refund is processed.

The refund amount is less the original shipping cost incurred by Bike Scooter City to ship the products(s) to the Customer in the first place. You are responsible for the cost to return the product.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all change of mind or returns/refunds.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you, that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,(excluding cash) within 7 business days. 

 

Used products

Bike scooter City  is unable to issue refunds for any products that have been used.

Can my refund still be denied after returning my product?

Bike Scooter City reserves the right to refuse to refund a product that does not meet the criteria outlined in our Return Policy. This includes products that have been used, not returned in their intact, original packaging, or products that have been damaged or broken since being received by the Customer. 

 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to BIKE SCOOTER CITY 2/60 Jijaws Street, QLD 4074, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds from website orders that have not been despatched

(Changes of mind or ordered the wrong item)

Your have 2 options  to choose

1- Full Store credit

2- Full refund minus 5% merchant fee.

 

Deposits for Products

An administration and merchant fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations of product purchased where a deposit has been made to hold stock/products.
