I have had to get repair done so many times they remember my name, this is because of the way my children abuse their scooters, no a reflection on the products. I have constantly been impressed by their customer service and professional conduct, and I have seen the show room crowded with people seeking assistance. I am no judge of the dragon scooter as a product, as I say my sons destroy most things they own, but the staff at sumner park are as professional as any group I have ever worked with and I am very happy to recommend them.
