    Wanting to know has anyone accidentally put the battery in the wrong way and now it's jammed on a mambo venom bike Purchased in Jan 2023 for $2,199.
    First eBike but what a winner
    My 1st eBike and could not believe how good it is. I did quite a bit of research wanting a bike to ride to work and back with a bit of weekend touring. So powerful its almost dangerous. Does require some careful riding to learn the eBike at first. I'm down in Melbourne so had it shipped. Assembled in under an hour with a bit of help from the youtube video pedl sent me. Amazing value and a great bike. Purchased in Nov 2022 for $1,899.
    A perfect bike for a very reasonable price
    This is my third e-bike. While I have some reservations on my previous two, this one is just perfect. After 300 kms I cannot blame it on anything. The ride is soft and comfortable, the power assistance is very powerful and responsive, the brakes are fantastic and the overall built quality is great. Battery lasts for more than 90 kms on P2-P3 when I also help it with pedalling (that is how I like to ride). But even riding on full P5 electric power for 15 rms drains less than 25% of battery Purchased in Oct 2022 for $1,900.
    What fun bike to ride and what a great alternative to getting the car out to do messages!
    After doing a lot of research on e-Bikes, I decided to go into Pedl at Redfern and check out and test ride the Mamba Venom. What I wanted was a commuter bike that could get me around my local area pretty quickly instead of having to use my car. I also wanted a bike that if required, I could take on long rides into the city or to check out other areas and various cycleways around Sydney without getting too tired from the long ride. Ryan at Pedl was great. He answered all my questions about the bike allowed me to have a test ride on it. I was immediately impressed by the build quality of the bike and the amazing power and speed that it had. It handled the road conditions and hills etc with ease. Being a motorbike rider myself, it was not too different to riding a low powered version of my motorcycle without having to pay for the rego, fuel and upkeep etc! After deciding to purchase the bike I paid a little extra for the larger long range battery and for front and rear mudguards and for a rear bag rack. I am now ready to ride just about anywhere and at a good pace and know that I won’t get too tired when I go on long rides. I have only had the bike for a week. So far I am really pleased with the bike and I just love riding it! The bike gets me around effortlessly and has plenty of power to take me up the steepest of hills. In my opinion the Mamba Venom is a great value for money e-bike. It has amazing build quality for the price, is very comfortable to ride and has amazing performance. I can thoroughly recommend the bike to anyone wanting a great value, high quality and great performing e-bike that I think will give great service for many years to come. Purchased in Sept 2022 at Pedl Bikes Redfern for $2,189.

    Love the bike the pedal assist is great and when turned off feels like a normal bike. Fantastic value for the features and build quality!

    Awesome performance - it totally make you rethink the way you commute
    It was taking me 18mn to go to work with my 8.5kg flat bar road bike, it takes me 11mn now....
    Did not install the front mud guard as I found it to be rubbing against the tyre.
    Excellent value for money . I still have to see how it goes on a longer period of time and how to optimize the battery usage

    Great bike

    So far so good 😊 I like the bike and the setting is great. I would just like to ask if I need to charge the battery for 12 hours or if it has been done at the workshop? It seems to need me to charge it on every ride . Is that normal ? I do 15-20 ks with it so I guess it is and the bike is dope. I would like to ask more questions about if there is another type of tires I can put on or if I can fix the brakes to make it loosen myself since they are new and make a squeak noise . Bike is amazing it’s really a unit ! Many thanks for the great customer service on the phone and the delivery man was amazing as well . Amit if I’m not wrong . Have a nice day

    The 48V e-bike has made my daily city commutes a breeze. The Bafang motor offers excellent power, and the battery life is decent for my daily rides. I wish the assembly process was easier, but once it's set up, it's a joy to ride.
