Product was not delivered to my house, the couriers *Team Global Express* are incompetent, no communications, no emails or any attempts by courier to arrange delivery time, no offer to drop to local post office down road.

I reached out to Bike scooter city, difficult as this was for phones were always ringing out, the only method was via Facebook chat, which became extremely unpleasant with the company then forcing a restocking fee of up to 15% sale price. I've opted for refund and return yet still awaiting confirmation of this, again just abhorrent communication or lack of it, as the entire delivery process was nerve racking and completely unpleasant due to the Courier Team Global Express, I would Advise others to ensure you've always got someone at home and can pick up items from a depot that's more than 20kms away especially if you've got no car or zero transport. Absolutely disappointing outcome.
